  Had pancakes and coffee on Sunday only a few tables with people so it was not busy, no one greeted us at the door we had to wait at the bar and ask for a table, no water was put on our table, waited 30 minutes before we got the supposedly pancakes the size of pikelets, still waited for the coffee after asking twice. The swinging door banged because it was off the hinge every time staff went to the kitchen, tables were not cleared and others coming to sit outside waited patiently but had to come in and ask for menus. I observed one table taken there meal back 2 or 3 times before it was correct. i could go on with the numerous bad customer service i observed. A lot of potential as situated in a perfect spot, I will give it some time and hopefully if i call past for coffee i will observe better service.
